Had one of my a/c units stop working in middle of July once. Â I called Chad to see about getting it looked at and he made it out the same day. Â not only did he have the part needed on his truck with him but he also cleaned both my a/c units so they operated such more efficiently than they currently were. Â Very pleased with his professional approach and timely manner. Â I would definitely recomend!

My boyfriend and I have used Chad now at three different houses...mine, his, and now ours. Â He had to fix my very much outdated furnace by replacing a motherboard in the dead of winter a few years ago. Â He did a new HVAC install at my boyfriends house before he sold it. Â And now he has come to our new house within a week of living it int because of a furnace issue. Â He is quick to respond, diagnose, and won't leave your house until the issue is fixed.

Our AC unit went out in the middle of summer and Chad was very quick to respond. We  thought we would have to pay tons of money or possibly replace it altogether.  To our surprise Chad had the part we needed in his van and was able to fix it within minutes of arriving.  We paid a lot less than expected and haven't had a problem since.  He is professional, quick to respond, and will not overcharge you.
